Our jewellers are masters in their field. Very passionate about their craft and show professionalism all our jewels and diamonds are worked to the last polish. Some of the jewellers have over 40 years of experience in the trade and each brings their own unique vision to their work to create the most exclusive pieces. I, in design, conceptualise new pieces that will be loved and worn fondly for a lifetime. We create collections that are testaments to endless creativity and talent. All our jewellery and diamonds are handmade and made to order for each individual customer and we are proud to be part of this craft and tradition for hundreds of years.

Since I created the first thousand pieces in 2021, I knew that I wanted fine jewellery and diamonds to be within everyone's reach. Regardless of whether it is an engagement ring or a jewel or a diamond, I wanted to create a platform that will always guarantee affordable prices and quality, regardless of the other manufacturers.
How did we achieve this?
The experience over the years has not helped us to be able to obtain all diamonds directly from professional producers and polishers. By refusing intermediaries, our online platform can offer customers a wide range of products at the most fair prices. This is why you will notice that some of our diamonds have very recent grading reports.
Free ring resizing
We know how difficult it can be to get the right ring size, especially when you're planning a surprise proposal. For your peace of mind, we offer a free ring resizing within 30 days of receiving the item. Simply contact us and we will provide you with all the necessary information on how to return your item. Please note that not all rings can be resized due to their complexity and some will need to be exchanged.

Independent scoring reports
Buying a diamond or a piece of precious jewellery for the first time can seem daunting. To help you make the best decision, each stone in our catalogue comes with its own grading report. We only offer independently graded gemstones to ensure the quality you purchase matches as closely as possible to the information provided.
Even if we could, we refuse to self-certify our products and will always keep you informed of the standards and level of accuracy of certain laboratories and institutes.
Lifetime warranty
With any purchase at LV'57 DIAMONDS, you will receive a lifetime warranty. Manufacturing errors are extremely rare, but sometimes if such manufacturing errors occur you are entitled to all necessary repairs free of charge from us.
To benefit from this warranty, the product must be identified by us as not being the result of mishandling or normal wear and tear by the customer.
Responsible Sourcing
Fine jewellery is not only about the finished product, but also about the story behind it. A diamond travels an enormous distance before it is placed in a piece of jewellery and it is our responsibility as a diamond seller to ensure that as manufacturers and suppliers, we ensure that they come from reputable sources.
From the beginning, adherence to standards of ethics and integrity has been an important part of our identity. All our diamonds fall under the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, meaning they have not financed any armed conflict.
To further improve our sourcing policy, we adhere to all industry standards for the responsible sourcing of gemstones and precious metals and work closely with our suppliers to ensure that human, social and environmental norms are always respected.
