HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO ARRIVE?

HOW WILL THE ITEM BE DELIVERED TO ME?
Once your item is ready to ship, we will ship it via FedEx fully insured international delivery service. For security reasons, it will be mentioned what the package contains so that the delivery service can ensure delivery to the final customer. If you ordered your jewellery for a surprise proposal or gift, rest assured that the item will be delivered discreetly at your convenience. All jewellery is carefully packed and placed in luxury packaging.
CAN I RECEIVE MY ITEM EARLY?
Yes you can get your item earlier. If you need to rush your item, please contact us to set up the details and we will be happy to accommodate your request if possible. Please note that an additional fee of €220 is included to accelerate classic solitaire designs and €320 for diamond jewellery (such as halos, vintage designs or trilogies).
WHAT ABOUT VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES?
CAN I SEND MY ITEM TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?
Yes, we can deliver your item to an alternative address. For security reasons, we will require additional identification and proof of address where the payment was made by debit or credit card.
Please note that items paid for online via PayPal must be sent to your billing address for security reasons.
CAN I RESIZE MY JEWELLERY OR RING?
Of course! Finding the most comfortable size can sometimes be difficult, especially when you’re planning a surprise proposal. For this reason, we offer a free ring resizing within 30 days of receiving the item. Certain items, such as some jewellery or rings that are with “eternity” diamonds, cannot be resized and will therefore need to be exchanged.
HOW WILL I RETURN MY ITEM?
Orders can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that damaged or engraved jewellery cannot be returned. Your refund will usually be sent within 15 working days, but may take up to 30 working days depending on the payment method used.
Instructions for returning the item will appear on your order confirmation. Our return address is listed as “LV’57DIAMONDS.” for security and insurance purposes. Before returning the item back, please notify us by phone or by emailing us at info@lv57diamond.com
